Rowform offers a generous Free plan and preserves access for accounts that already have Pro or Lifetime access. Online purchases are currently unavailable.
Free Plan (Forever)
The Free plan includes everything you need to build and share forms:
- Unlimited forms.
- Unlimited questions per form.
- Unlimited responses.
- All generally available question types.
- Basic analytics and response viewing.
- Logic and branching, including score, price, and custom-variable calculations.
- File uploads up to 10 MB per file.
- Google Sheets and Slack integrations.
- Webhooks.
- Templates and AI form generation.
- Email notifications.
No credit card is required. There is no trial period.
Existing Pro Access
Accounts with active Pro access retain advanced features such as:
- Form localization and AI translation.
- Advanced analytics.
- Custom branding, fonts, domains, social previews, and favicons.
- Hidden fields and custom redirects.
- Custom SMTP and advanced notification settings.
- Abandoned form recovery emails.
- API access and team collaboration.
Existing Lifetime Access
Accounts with Lifetime access retain permanent access to the Pro feature set.
Plan Page
Go to Plans in the application to view your current account access. Checkout and subscription-management actions are no longer available in the application.
Workspace Access
Advanced features are tied to the workspace owner’s plan. When a Pro or Lifetime user invites team members to a workspace, members can use those features within that workspace even when their personal account is on the Free plan.
FAQ
Can I use Rowform for free indefinitely? Yes. The Free plan has no time limit, response cap, or form limit.
Will I lose my data if my plan changes? No. Forms and responses are preserved. Features that require a higher tier may become unavailable, but existing data remains intact.
