AI Auto-Translate — Translate your entire form into another language with one click using AI.
Advanced analytics — Deeper insights into response patterns and trends.
Custom branding — Upload your logo and remove all Rowform branding.
Branding removal — Remove the “Powered by Rowform” watermark.
Custom fonts — Upload and use your own TTF font files.
Hidden fields — Silently capture URL parameters (UTM tags, referral codes, etc.) with each submission for attribution and campaign tracking.
Payment fields — Collect payments via Stripe directly in your forms.
Social preview image — Upload a custom image for social media link previews.
Custom favicon — Set a custom browser tab icon for your forms.

Managing Your Subscription

Go to Billing in the main navigation to:

View your current plan and status.
Upgrade to Pro or purchase the Lifetime Deal.
Manage your subscription (Pro subscribers can access the customer portal to update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel).

Workspace Billing

Pro features are tied to the workspace owner’s subscription. When a Pro or LTD user invites team members to their workspace, all members get access to Pro features within that workspace — even if the team member is on the free plan personally.

This means only one person (the workspace owner) needs a Pro subscription or Lifetime Deal to unlock Pro features for the entire team.

FAQ

Can I use Rowform for free indefinitely? Yes. The free plan has no time limit, no response caps, and no form limits.

What’s the difference between Pro and the Lifetime Deal? They include the same features. Pro is billed monthly at $20/month. The Lifetime Deal is a one-time payment of $399 that gives you permanent access with no recurring charges.

Will I lose my data if I downgrade from Pro? No. Your forms and responses are always preserved. Pro-only features (like custom branding) will be disabled, but your data stays intact.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription? Go to Billing and click Manage Subscription to open the customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription.

Do Lifetime Deal users get future Pro features? Yes. LTD users receive all current and future Pro features.
